God Wants His Silver Back
God Wants His Silver BackDuring the American Civil War of 1861-1865 entire communities were pillaged of their silver.
Churches were ransacked in a search for gold and other precious items.
Fearing the wrath of God, and being shamed by their families back home, those who stole the silver would often throw it away in the woods or keep it hidden from sight inside their homes.
Many silver thieves would go to their grave anguishing over how to divest their plunder – and sins.
For 150 years, items like the Christian Cross and the Miraculous Medal have been hidden inside of
cedar chests and up in the rafters of old buildings.
Ask yourself, if you watched your son bludgeoned, nailed to a tree, and then pierced with a sword would you want your most precious mementos of him shamefully hidden from view?
If you crafted by hand an instrument of salvation that would avoid future bloodshed and the poverty that war brings, would you want it kept away from those who know how to use it?
In the name of Jesus Christ, OUR Lord and Savior, I hereby entrust to you the duty of conveying these words to families and collectors whom you to discover to be the caretakers of Christian treasures.
These words shall instill in you a belief, desire, and moral courage to assuage the fear of others.
These are not toys in the attic, they are the instruments to save the human race.
Open a heart, empty a closet, and save the souls of those whom you will someday meet in Heaven.
